No one is perfect

So you had a weak moment and had a piece of cake or a cookie.Or maybe you ate a dozen cupcakes. SO WHAT? What people don't realize is that you cant beat yourself up just because you cheated a little. You cant think of this a diet. I have had cheat days or days i miss workouts because life happens. You are just hurting yourself more by making yourself feel bad about it. Its not the end of the world. You just have to keep going back to living a healthy lifestyle. Its a huge life style change and i know its hard when your not used to eating right because you crave those bad foods. but if you keep working out your body will soon crave healthy foods. Think of food as fuel for the body. So you might not care for fruits and veggies...well if you think of it as you fueling your body it will be a lil easier to try to eat the right thing. I would even say starting out you should have a cheat day. There nothing wrong with that. I have to have a cheat once a week so i don't go crazy.Its good to treat your self. The one thing to remember is moderation. You can still have the things you love just have half the portions you would normally have.You will still see results even if u don't follow the program by the book. i have had my cheat days and missed workouts before but i still saw results.This program is really for everyone that wants to make a change. I hope i can help change someones life by my story. don't be just another statistic.Stay active and eat healthy for longer life and better health and to overall feel better. :)

My Story

There are many reasons to why people want to start to lose weight or want to start a fitness program. Getting ready for a vacation, reunions with family or friends, to be healthy. Whatever your reasons use it as your motivation and never forget it. As a child I was healthy and thin until I started gain around age 11. My parents worked allot so they didn't always have the healthiest foods in the house. And my Dad worked for a soda company so we always had soda and sugar filled drinks in the house. I used to drink 2-3 cans in one sitting. I had two older brothers that I grew up with and they played football but all they ate was fast food too. So it didn't take long before the pounds started packing on over the years. It’s been a constant struggle since then and today I am 27 years old. I have tried all kinds of diets and exercise program and have lost a lot of weight of them but I would never stick with it for long and I would end up gaining the weight back. Well not this time. I have Tony Horton helping me to succeed because I need to lose this weight this year. Because now that I have my son Jacob, (born Oct 3 2010)

He is my world and I want to be healthier for him so I can play with him and chase after him and also to live longer for him. I want to live to see him grow up and I'm scared at the rate I was going I would die an early death because of many diseases related to being obese. But second of all I want to be healthy for myself and also I would like to wear a bikini for the first time in my life and look good in it. I know I can do it. I have already lost 15 pounds thanks to P90x and inches and I’m not stopping till I reach my goal. You can do it too. All you got to do is believe.

P90X



My name is Christina and i have have recently started P90X. I am in my fourth week and have already seen results that i am happy with. I have about 90 pounds that i would like to lose and i know it will take time but i have already lost 15 pounds in a months time doing the P90X 90day program.I have struggled my whole life being over weight and unhappy about my body. I just had a Lil boy about 6 months ago and my delivery day i was 290 pounds.I know your thinking YIKES! lol but i got down to about 258 after the baby was born and did some time in the gym. then i stoped for a Lil while but about a month ago i started going to the gym with a good friend of mine and we went for about a week and she mention these DVDs she had for working out so i figured WTH lets do it! and in my first month i lost 2 inches off my tummy and lost 15 pounds :)60 more days to go and I'm gonna BRING IT!!!!
